Goods Barometer points to stagnating global trade growth

Trade policies should be integrated into global climate action as an amplifying force for financing and other climate-related support provided to vulnerable economies, Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala said on 5 September at the Africa Adaptation Summit organized by the Global Center on Adaptation (GCA) in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Argentina initiates WTO dispute complaint targeting Peruvian duties on biodiesel imports
Argentina has requested WTO dispute consultations with Peru concerning anti-dumping and countervailing duties imposed by Peru on imports of biodiesel from Argentina. The request was circulated to WTO members on 6 September.
